Why You Should Sign Up

Right now you get important notices and reminders in the Sundance newsletter that goes out with the monthly statements or you may find it if you happen to go to the Sundance Website but many times there are timely notices that we would like to get to you as soon as possible. Notices such as reported criminal or suspisious activities or reminders such as maintenance activities that affect your area. With the Sundance eNotice email we can get this to you quickly so you are alerted in a timely manner.

You can elect to unsubscribe at anytime with a link that will be provided at the bottom of each email notice that is sent out.

The Sundance eNotice emails will only be used to provide information and alerts regarding the Sundance complex and will not be used for or be a replacement for any formal notifications that currently come from The Management Trust - Transpacific Management Company. Your email address will not be sold or given to anyone without your explicit consent.
