Sundance - About Us

The Sundance complex is located in the city of Cerritos, California. It's a sleepy community that sits as a forest oasis within the concrete and asphalt desert of the surrounding Los Angeles suburbs.

Sundance is located about 10 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm, 20 minutes from Disneyland and 30 minutes from downtown L.A. It is near the 91 Frwy, giving it convenient east-west travel access, and near the 605 Frwy, giving it convenient north-south travel access.

The Sundance complex has two community swimming pools, one with a Jacuzzi and one with a wading pool. The larger pool is located by the Clubhouse, which is available to rent for residents of Sundance.
