All towing issues need to be addressed directly with Patrol One. Call our Patrol Company to request temporary “Safe-listing” of guest vehicles, and to report suspicious circumstances or people on the property:
Patrol One will respond to calls for assistance 24 hours per day and will respond as their workload permits.
Response times at night are generally between 15-20 minutes due to having about 26 officers in the field.
Response times during the day are usually extended because of traffic and only having about 3 officers in the field.
Residents should state the following when contacting Patrol One:
  1. Where you live
  2. Who you are.
  3. What the problem is.
Patrol One should be called for general parking or pool violations within the Sundance community.
For other critical situations, the Sheriff's department should be called at 860-0044.

TRASH IS PICKED UP BY ATHENS EVERY MONDAY UNLESS THERE IS A HOLIDAY.
Trash containers are to be placed outside your garage no earlier than 6:00 PM of the evening before scheduled trash pick up and are to be removed from public view by the end of the evening of that same day.
